Turn signals arent flashing on dash

Turn signals arent flashing on dash
I'm tired of searching. I've had a horrible day and I'm frustrated as hell. My turn signals will flash a few times than stay solid. I have a 99 xj. What's my problem and how do I fix it?

this may help, the relay can be taken apart and cleaned if there is something in there causing it to stick...hope your day goes better...if its not the relay, its your wiring or turn signal/hazard module
