Default Turn signals

Today I noticed that the turn signal on the passenger side is a lot dimmer than the other side. It also blinks slower. And sometimes blinks 2 times then stays on. How can I fix this?

The blinker relay is cheap and easy to get to. $8.99 at Autozone and it's in the lower left corner of the fuse box(round relay)

Is the blinker relay under the dash or under the hood by the battery? I will try and clean the contacts and check the bulbs in tomorrow.

Also, is there a way to test the relay before I buy a new one?

I replaced the relay today and it seemed to fix the problem. they flash like they are supposed to. the passenger side still seems a little dimmer so will probably need to check the bulbs and connections. Thanks for the help guys.
