turn signals?!?!

Default turn signals?!?!

Hey everyone,
Turn signals r not working properly...they work sometimes and sometimea dont. Electrical wire problem??? Its not the bulbs because hazards work fine. Thanks!

Ugh. Please provide more information. They made Cherokees for like 18 years... they're not all the same.

Oh yea sorry. Its a 2001 cherokee sport. 117,000 miles.

Firstly, check the fuse. If it is good, try swapping the flasher from the hazards to the turn sigs. It should be a metal or plastic can shaped piece about 1 inch around inside the dash fuse panel. If it works, replace the flasher. If not, it could be a problem with your multi function switch or related wiring.

Good info here. Also I would double check to make sure that every light bulb is good in the front and rear of the jeep. If one is bad it can cause your blinkers to act funny.

Hey guys,

I fixed it. Replaced the relay or whatever the little cube is called. Its located directly under the turn signal handle inside the steering column area. $15 part. Thanks again for all ur help and info.
