turn signal sound always
key out ,i hear the blink sound,no lights no indicators, just the sound. sometime i can stop it by reseting the ts lever, but it starts again.
i put a dvm on the bat and it drops appx .1v each blink. idk if thats just the blinker?

No experience with this on a Jeep, but my experience with GMs has been that the brass contacts in the turn signal switch deposit debris over the years and this metallic debris bridges the flasher contact with a close by ground inside the switch, enough that the signal flasher "sees" a load and begins operating. However, because the signal switch is in the neutral position, the flasher's output cannot be directed to any signal lights.
Solution
You can replace the signal switch, or, you can pull the steering wheel and flush it out with contact spray.
I've done the flush and it works lasts, but you are also flushing out the contact and mechanize lubrication! You need to re-lubricate it, I use silicone grease. I believe that these switches have a black plastic cover, once you have the steering wheel off. Just carefully hook it and lift it off.
Hope this helps.

that sounds like it. i can wiggle it and, sometime, it stops for a while.
past exp tells me this kind of thing, small, can kill a batt over time, constant small drain.
ill find which fuse feeds it, pull it to see what happens.it looks like the emergency flasher is hot always. could be it. i may pull it, or switch it.
later, i think i fixed it. i gave the hazard sw a vigorous xercize about 5 times, riugh and pushed it off with pressure. it all stopped. i cant make it do it by the ts sw flipping as b4. it would light one indicator, once, not any more. hazard needed exercize?
"rong" its back. ill tear into it when i finish bigger jobs.
