Turn signal and running/parking lights don't work

Turn signal and running/parking lights don't work
I just replaced my heater core in my 97 XJ and now my running lights and turn signals don't work. The hazards, headlights, and dash lights work fineand I've checked the fuses. I've also replaced the turn signal flasher(relay) and the turn signal switch and they didn't fix the problem. If all of the orange lights work when I turn on my hazards then it can't be a bad ground correct? Actually the problem started with the running lights and then a couple of days later the turn signals stopped working. This Jeep is my transport to and from work so any quick ideas are much appreciated! Thanks!
