Default turn signal flasher trouble

hello again, my turn signals still not working like the should.
replaced the 3 pin relais under the dashboard but still not working.
when ive using my turnsignal i hear a click under the dashboard, that's the flasher relais.
but hear also a click behind my sparewheel.
use the alarm flashers the 2nd round relay on the fusebox works fine, also hear the relay click at the sparewheel.

on the internet i saw some US spec models jeeps have some trailer relaybox behind the sparewheel. (behind the left tail light)

if i disconnect does the flasher works properly then?
or is the wirring messed up fot that extra set of relays?

also strange that when i used my turnsignal also both of the indicators flashed. something normaly only should happen when i use the alarmflasher.

(steeringcolum flasher switch also changed for a brand new one)

Jeep XJ 1988 model

thnx for the help
