Turbo housing leakage?

Hi! I´m having a leakage at the turbo housing on my Cherokee 2.5 TD. Anybody encountered this before, and is it something that should be worrying me?

Noticed mine has sprayed a bit also, oil pressure fluctuating.
need to clean mud from engine to find true source, Op never did get any answers.
