does getting high end / performance electrical mods wires spark plugs cap n rotor etc etc. make a performance diffrence??? like for example these items

I went with the firepower ignition kit

I could notice the change in acceleration. I have heard that the bosch plugs don't work well with jeeps. I have no resources to back it up. I had bosch platinum plugs installed and put the kit on and drove it. I then put the new E3's in and drove it again and there was a difference. This is slightly irrelevant since new plugs do not have any carbon build up. The E3's had a longer thread on it moving the spark deeper into the cylinder. I have some pics of the two side by side but they are not on this computer.
