So I did a full tune up, plugs wires cap and rotor to have it running like crap. I kinda thoght is might have a vacume leak or cloged exhast in the first place, but after I did tune up ran even worst. long story short I knocked of the vacume line to the heater valve, runs better

 

I would double check that you got the firing order right first. Then maybe, check the gap on the plugs.

 

yup did that but it was a vacum line, still needs more i think the exhast is pluged, makes a lot of noise when kooling down after runnin
