Default Tube Fender Flares

So i saw a picture of tube fender flares, and now i really want to make some as i have no flares. I see people who build stronger/thicker fenders and weld it right to that, but could i just run a tube from the bumper to my rock sliders? Any picks or links are great, thanks guys!

ive seen were people weld from there slider then bolt to the front bumper they put a flat plate at the bumper end so it can be bolted/unbolted for bumper removal

Oh thats a genius idea! I never thought about having to remove the bumpers, that would suck to get it all welded up then realize: oh i got to take the bumper off.
Thanks for the input!

Maybe I am missing something but do you guys have to take your bumper off very often? I have never had a need to remove mine and am planning on adding tube flares here pretty soon and was just gonna weld em on.

The only ones I've seen that were bolted on was one guy I know that has an aluminum bumper and grill guard. ( Steal doesn't weld to aluminum that well. )
The others were buggies that were set up to pull the front apart to get to the different components, engine, radiator, power assist pump, etc.

You will regret weding to the bumper I think. Just bolt it to the bumper. Obviously you don't remove the bumper often but the one day where you need to, you cant. So just bolt it.
