for those of you that built your doors where did you get the latches from? iv seen the normal gate latches but id like one with a type of handle on it if possible. any info would be nice

like these handles, i guess theyre called paddle handles or something like that

is there anywhere decent to get a set of handles? from what iv found the handles will cost more than the doors themselves

Those handles look very similar to the handles on Semi Truck,
you might be able to source them from a Large Truck Salvage if you got one in the area.
