Didnt have any of this mess in my Renix. I'm not sure if its Cali emissions stuff or not. Ignore the fuses still trying to find somewhere to put those too.

What the heck? That's not factory, it looks like upgraded power cables but why they are that long and have that sort of fuse I'm not sure. PM 5-90 on here and ask him to check this thread out. He probably has more insight than I do.

Yes new power cables at the least. I dont know about upgraded, would have to know what guage the wires are. Those little boxes are the fuses, the factory cables had "fusible links" in them. Basically a portion of cable designed to disintegrate like a fuse upon power surge. When replaced/upgraded most people use those big fuses since they are readily available. I would shorten them up but you cadm just relocate then if you want. Just make sure they won't rub on anything.

Lol ignore the power cables and fuses. Its from an alternator upgrade when I was cleaning up old projects I decided to throw it in. Im worried about the metal shelf looking thing and the jumble of crap under it. 23456789

Oh, thats factory. Funny enough out didn't come on my renix either therefore I dont know its purpose. I think it was a shelf for the plastic pressure container that was replaced with a metal one on mine. I would just remove it and call it a day. I can't for the life of me think of anything else it would be used for. Let us know if its hiding something.

Hmmm is it the ac dryer/expansion thingy? Mine is right where your overflow tank is. Otherwise I would say take a pic and lets see if we can identify it. Charcoal canister maybe?

No the A/C system is on the other side toward the front of the overflow bottle. Normally I wouldnt care and just leave it be but I need to get rid of this ABS system before it kills me. To put in the new brake booster I have to move the washer fluid. To move the washer fluid I have to find a good spot for it. Just sucks going 55 on the highway and someone decides they want to cut you off doing 25 and not being able to stop ya know?

Oh I know, first thing I replaced was the motor mounts, second thing was the booster/mc. I just moved my washer tank forward two inches. Do you have the tank in the fender or the one in the engine bay?

Engine bay. I'll drop the new setup in there and see if I can just move it up a little. Did you have to remove the airbox?

Never had one, tube and filter came with it and I replaced that with a spectre cowl intake.

That is the ABS pump motor under that plate. You won't need it once you do the vacuum booster swap.
