Default Trimming the Wheel Liner

I just added a Hanson bumper and need to trim the wheel liner so that it does not stick out like a sore thumb. Any suggestions on tools and/or techniques to complete this task?

I would guess a dremel tool

I used a pair of sheet metal sheers, simple.

x2 which ever one you have works fine, i like to use a dremel with a cutting wheel but the sheers work just as easy
