TRE's on a '99 4x4 Sport

TRE's on a '99 4x4 Sport
So I got an inspection the other day and the guy said I had a bad TRE (kinda figured that or a BJ because when I hit a bump it "bangs" hard in the front and I just replaced the ujoints and while doing that I checked the BJ's and they seemed fine, but the TRE's seemed loose).
So anyway, Ive seen those HUGE Quadratec TR's that are complete for like $99. Im looking on Rock Auto and they have a million different TRE's that range in price drastically. There also seem to be a million different kinds, styles, etc (11/16th, threads, etc.). So, how do I know for sure what I need? If its $10 Ill just replace them. If its a $30 dollar one, Ill get the upgraded heavy one from Quad.
Any way to know for sure what Ive got?
