Ok so i started the 4wd swap. I am getting the 4wd out of a 96 cherokee pioneer (4 cyl) and i am swaping it into my 96 cherokee sport (straight 6). Well it turns out the sport has a downshift cable going from the transmisson to the throttle body and the pioneer doesnt,why is this and how will i make the changes? Also will we be able to swap tranny's and not have to mess with the computers. Will the 4cyl transmisson bolt up to the straight 6 motor? Thanks alot
