Hey everyone. I am pulling my transmission tomorrow to replace the transmission main seal and was wondering if there is anything that I should do maintenance-wise while I have it off. I replaced all of the freeze plugs back in December with the exception of the rear one so that is definitely on my list. Also, my NSS is acting up so I am going to clean it. Anything else I should do while I have it out? Is there a write up anywhere on removing the transmission? I ask because if there isn't, I'll make sure to take pics and do one.

Really not much to do other than fluid/filter unless you want to rebuild the thing, which if operating correctly it probably doesn't need.
Might give the flexplate a good look-over for cracks, etc.
