just like with engine oil, when cold the fluid is thicker and doesn't flow as well or as easily. The fluid both lubricates the parts and when warm, speeds up shifts and gives better mileage.

Correct! Prolongs clutch packs life also.

......and saying it's "no bueno", or not good, is misleading and incorrect. "No bueno"/not good can be interpreted by some folks as "causing damage", which is false and we certainly wouldn't want to post misleading info in our forum or on Internet.
