Default Transmission radiator leak question

I have a technical question. My jeep is leaking transmission fluid in the radiator. I've had to replace the hose going to the radiator, not a big deal. So when it started leaking again I thought, well, must be the same hose, maybe it's a bad design having all these hoses near the engine. Well it still leaks.

Now I am not going to make assumptions since I've already wasted 30 dollars on a hose but it seems it must be the radiator? The return line definitely is NOT leaking. Is there any way to test this, is it a common problem, what's up.

Thanks.

And I'm clearly not an expert mechanic, my talents lie elsewhere so any help is much appreciated

I assume it's leaking from the fitting in the radiator? Did you use teflon tape and get it good and tight when you installed it?

The first time I repaired it I did not use Teflon tape and it fixed the problem for 2 years.
