Transmission Oil cover help

So im trying to change my filter but i cant get the cover to drop. Is the dipstick piece two pieces.Do i have to unhook the exhaust from the manifold? cause its just binding with the exhaust and the crossmember.

if you cant get it out and all the bolts are out u might have to unbot the exhaust but i didnt have to when i did mine maybe the gasket is sticking

um i had to lower my axle to get mine out
