transmission line disconnect tool

Subject '98 XJ.

I have a tool I used for the AC lines. Will the same tool work for the trans lines? I look just like this;

It works for me. Same with the fuel line. I have a 98 btw

That's the one. Make sure it is the right size, 5/16 if I remember correctly.
