Default transmission help

hi i have a 96 4cyl (5spd man tran) 2dr cherokee and i was wondering whats the easiest way to pull the trans, is it to pull the engine and trans at the same time or what?... thanks guys

any one know? this is my first jeep and dont really wana buy a repair manual atm... just want to know to pull the transmission do i have to pull the motor and transmission at the same time or can i just remove the drive shaft then pull the transmission from the motor while under the car?

My manual doesn't describe which is easier. I've got to believe dropping the trans. without removing the engine would be less work if you can get to all the engine to transmission bolts.

thank you guys it will be much easier since i dont have a transfer case lol gota love 2WD!! lol
