Ive got an 89 cherokee 4.0l 4x4 automatic, it still sits stock since I just bought it. When I bought it it had a real bad tranny leak so we dropped the trans and replaced the front pump seal and the leak went away for a couple week until i ran it on the freeway and it started dumping fluid again. So we dropped the trans and replaced the seal again and this time it contnued to leak right away. Obviously somethung else is wrong. Maybe torque converter? Any input or ideas or opinions would be much apreciated. I want to get to the fun work like lift, tires, fender cutting etc. and get this thing on some trails!
