Disconnect the connector from the trans and dry it thoroughly. It may solve the issue.
Since it shifts fine manually, there's nothing wrong with the trans. There may be an issue with the TCM since the water episode if drying out the connector doesn't solve the problem. JMO

Ok so i got it back after the repair and it was running fine for about a week then it started up again and its no longer a off and on problem... The dealer said the solenoid they put in might be bad and they will replace it again for free... But im having my doubts thats what it is... Im still goin to let them do the repair again but incase it doesnt work again any other suggestions? Does it sound like it might be a tcm issue or is it likely it was just a bad solenoid that was put in
