Transfer Case Vibration
I've searched the forums and am trying to stop a heavy vibration. After buying two new U-joints for rear drive shaft, I discovered that the rear output yoke on the transfer case is loose enough that I can grab it and move it slightly back and forth.
Is this normal? Should there be a small amount of play or should it feel solid and rigid?
Has anyone serviced just that part of the transfer case without having to buy a bizillion dollars worth of tools? My gut tells me there may be a bearing involved.
Thanks.
BTW, She's a '94 SE with a straight six and a year-old two inch lift.

Fixed it
If anyone's interested, the U-joints were the problem. I replaced them two-years ago which made me think the vibration was being caused by something else.
