transfer case and tranny cross compatibility

transfer case and tranny cross compatibility
I have an automatic trans and xfer case out of a 93 2 door, as well as both fwd and rear driveshafts. i am doing a motor swap as well (a remanned 95 4.0), but will the transmission and transfer case and driveshafts out of the 2 door work on my 2001 4 door automatic?

Big "no" on the transmission.

Transfer case is fine behind any AW4 post-1990, mind you the tail shafts (and therefore rear drive shaft) changed slightly in 1996. Whether the rear drive shaft will fit depends on the donor and recipient having the same axle. Only one axle up front in XJs so transmission type determines length.
