Default Transfer case seal leaking bad

Hey guys. I have a 95 cherokee that is stock exept for some 30x9.50 tires. I noticed my rear tc seal was leaking. So i replaced it with a national brand seal with the dust boot or whatever from advance auto. I've drove it about a week and i noticed its leaking pretty bad again. The jeep looks to be sagging in the back like the rear leaf springs are wore out, which i think makes my drive shaft slide up in the tc too much and it seems like the drive shaft is rubbing on the dust boot on the seal wearing it out quick. What can i do? Would fixing the rear sag of the jeep fix the problem? Like with a 2in lift? (One thing i did do before all this started was put a new transmission mount on it. Its a 5-speed by the way)

Napa makes a kit to repair it, they sell you a new sleeve that slides over the drive line shaft, and then the kit has the new seal with the new correct dimensions to seal of the sleeve minus the groove, at least that is what i was told at my local Napa...

Is the output shaft bearing in good condition? could possibly mess a new seal up also if bad and cause leaking also.
