Transfer Case leak

Transfer Case leak
My transfer case is leaking on the seal where the rear shaft goes in at.How hard is this to change?

I just replaced the front one..i assume the rear is done the same way..remove the driveshaft....unbolt the yoke slide off the yoke pull out the old seal and replace...i used a syphon pump to refill the tcase as it was nearly impossible to pour into the tcase wiith it still on the jeep
