Soo i want to swap my t case with a 91 i have a 95
problem is that the 91 is vacum lined and my 95 is auto locking hubbies is there a way to swap?

 

If I read this right you are swapping it into a 95, if so cap the vac lines and call it done because you don't need them. You won't have a light come on on the dash in 4wd though unless you get the vac switch from the 91 and rig it up to work with the existing wire.

 

and the speedo cable doesnt match soo should i just swap?

 

You can use the newer speedo assembly in the old case, including the plastic gear.
