Default Trans shifting hard all of sudden AW-4

Just put in a new exhaust manifold and full tune up and recently drained trans fluid. Yesterday and today probably drove for about 200 miles and everything running smooth as could be. Suddenly, after getting off the highway and sitting at a stoplight, trans was shifting hard into 2 and then 3 was a little less hard, but still much harder than anything I felt before. Also seems like it is revving a little higher between shifts. Shifts to 4th and OD I barely notice them, they seem to be fine. Any ideas? Looked at a few other posts but couldn't really see anything that matched what i'm experiencing. Could it be the cable to the throttle body as I had that pushed off to the side for awhile while changing the manifold? Odd that it was running fine and then suddenly started acting up. Or maybe not for a jeep...trans fluid levels are fine btw.

Nevermind I found that, will try to adjust it first. Would scanning codes give any idea of the problem at all?

And....it's working fine without me even having to do anything. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the shift lever or cable. Will investigate.
