Default trans problems

just put a new flywheel in my 95 jeep cherokee. got her all back together and now it starts hard and the hole truck shakes. it has a loud knocking/ticking noise coming from the torque converter area. checked the torgue converter bolts there tight ajusted the linkages for the shifter there working just fine. idk what else it could be. advice??

Could be a warped flywheel. Was it really new or was it a JY part? Does the nose gear on the starter engage correctly to the flywheel? It might need to be shimmed.

Also it could be your tranny mount as well.

x2 about what freegdr said about alignment and the possible damage from forcing it.

A flywheel might be the least of the worries now.
