trans problems
i have a 1987 jeep cherokee with 5 speed BA10/5 when i start the truck and put it in first it will roll forward a lil bit but is unresonsive when i hit the gas! and when it rolls forward a lil bit i just rest the weight of my foot on the clutch and it disengages, so what i am thinking is the clutch is not fully disengaging!! but not really sure if you guys have an help that would be great!!

Sounds like the pressure plate is shot or you have worn the lining from the friction disc. It sounds like clutch rebuild time to me.

That's not related to your clutch issue. That is the Neutral Safety Switch is worn out. Many people jumper that switch out anyone to allow the use of the 'starter crawl' technique.
