trans problem

trans problem
i am now having an issue with my trans it is haveing a hard time changing gears and not wanting to go in to OD till around 2500 rpms or some times i have to punch it to get it to shift i have changed the fluid and filter and had the trans flushed out what is the problem can yall help me
