Default Trans fitting leaking

Installed a trans cooler and at first I thought the lines were leaking but it's the fitting out of the radiator. There isn't a whole lot of room to get a fitting in straight. Has anyone notched around the fitting or a special way to install the fitting. Any information is greatly appreciated

why are you using a tranny cooler in conjunction with the radiator part? I've always found it easier to remove the radiator so all connections are "bomb-proof"

Which fitting is it? One uses a flare nut, the other is a quick release.
