1989 XJ, 4X4, 4.0, Auto Trans

My radiator needed swapping so I pulled the trans lines.

The lower one was not what I expected (feed line I believe?). I had ordered new fittings for the type that has the little wings that you pinch in. Instead I have the type that you slide the little tool down the tube and then it releases.

It came off ok but I can't see an o ring. Not sure if it popped out and I didn't see it? I'm assuming an o ring goes somewhere. It wasn't leaking before I pulled it.

Anyone have a part number on that o ring? Can I use any rubber o ring (i have a box of different sizes) or are these high pressure lines some special material? And - where does it go?
