Is failure to downshift from 2-1 a solenoid problem?
Ive read where i can get aftermarket solenoids at amazon and ebay for fifty bucks. Easy install too but i need to know that thats the problem. Wont downshift for passing either. Any suggestions?

As for the transmission issue, you may want to adjust the TV cable (see video).
