tranny problem need help

Ok I have a 98 jeep cherokee
When I put it in drive the rpm drop it idle at the line below 1000 but when in gear it drops below that line and sound bogged almost any help would be great and advice too

Not to thread jack..cause my problem could be the same as yours...

But my xj seems to bog down a lot and almost "buck" at idle,,well not really idle, but when I'm stopped in Drive and let my foot off of the brake.
