Tranny line questions

Default Tranny line questions

i crimped my tranny lines (one pretty bad one not bad) and broke a quick connect clip on the last ride replaced the clip but not the lines now i had a line blow i have another line but am missing the hose part that goes in to radiator how do i get the hose off the old line and get it on the new one???

I think those are crimped on. I had sort of the same problem but my metal lines were rusted and cracked. I ended up getting a tranny cooler and running high pressure rubber tranny hose to it and back to where the metal lines were good. With double hose clamps and 4000 miles since, it hasent leaked. I know the full replacement lines are big bucks

I replaced both of my tranny lines with new one's from napa they are a little pricey if I had it to do over I would just cut the metal part and replace with a hose and clamps.
