Default Tranny cooler lines to/from rad.

I have heard the transmission cooler lines to and from the radiator can be a PITA to deal with. I have a '91, so hopefully this is good considering newer XJ's need some special tool. I just need someone to clarify on my goings with these lines during my rad swap.

The top line is basically a type of screw off line right? Simple wrench should get it off?

The lower one, I use needle nose pliers to pinch the side clips (have no idea what they are or look like but hopefully I will figure it out), push in hard, and pull out. This sound right?

How do these lines reinstall? Just push em back on? Thanks for all help.

I also heard there is a fuel line disconnecting tool you can use.

On the lower line.. push in, use pliers to gently squeeze the protruding "ears" made of plastic. Pull out being careful that you do not lose any o-rings or plastic pieces that may come with it. Once you get the rad out make sure there are no o-rings etc.. these need to swap to the new rad.
