Is there a way to put one on a manual tranny?

 

It can be done- I've seen add-on cooler/pump kits for diesel manuals at least. Is yours running too hot?

 

Well, not exactly sure I don't have a gauge for it. But if I go through alot of hills for a couple hours I can feel the heat from it on my center console, like. Between my seat towards my floor, I thought it was kinda odd not sure if that's normal with alot of driving or not

 

Engine and exhaust heat gets ducted through that tunnel too, might not be the trans generating it. Pop a temp gauge in there and see what it's doing if you're worried about it.
