tranission ticking noise

tranission ticking noise
AW-4 is making a ticking noise that sounds like it is coming from the pass. side. Comes and goes, does it in drive and park. Any thoughts? 97XJ w/ 150,000 miles.

Meant to.include thst the noise speeds up as I speed up. Same thing at park. Throttle up the ticking speeds up. More like a tapping sound,actually as well
