Is there a pigtail somewhere in my 99 xj tail light wiring to connect a trailer harness in?

Try Etrailer.com.....behind the spare tire, behind the plastic fender panel is a connector u just unplug and plug the "T" connector in.

The T connector doesn't take any time at all to install. I think I got mine from Amazon.com
