Default Trackbar loosens itself up

Have a small lift with supporting mods for a larger lift (2" BB lift, with RE adj trackbar for 3.5-4.5" lift, as the rest of the lift is going in this weekend). I had checked the trackbar a few weeks ago and it was tight, but checked it this weekend and it was loose.

Is there something I'm missing here, or maybe this odd spring tab thing that holds it on is just confusing me?

Is there a better setup on how to mount it?

And finally, what is the deal with these trackbar mount relocation kits, and in what instance would I need one?

What is loosening? There are 2 nut/bolt combos on the trac bar and 3 on the mount.

Have you tried lock tite?

It's the trackbar to axle nut on the passenger side. I didn't put it on, but I know it was tight about a month ago. Wound up we had to grab some extra parts to finish the lift, so we are putting it all on this weekend. I experienced death wobble (first time EVER after owning this jeep for over a year) last week, so I checked it this weekend and it wasn't tight. It wasn't so loose that it wobbled the hole out, but it was loose.

I'm not sure on the mounts/bolts, so I'm not sure. Are you saying the mount at the axle side is bolted onto the axle? I wasn't aware of that, but did notice that the bolt (the spring loaded wing tab thingy) that mounts the trackbar, the back side is blind so I couldn't even get a wrench on it.

Body side bracket bolts on.

I dislike that factory axle side mount. The wings are there because you cant get a wrench on the nut.
