Default track bar woes

whats the best track bar to get for a 4 inch lift? i have a RC adjustable right now (i think its an older one) that i got new for 100 bones. everytime i hit a bump i can hear the ball joint pop at the UB mount. not for nothing but its annoying as (insert explicative here) i've heard good things about BDS and RE in reference to their track bars? any of you guys have any input? i understand you get what you pay for, obviously, i paid a hundred bucks for a piece of crap. i just want to do it right this time.

Do you want a double shear trac bar? Or one that retains a tie rod end?

I went with Iron Rock, they have a Double shear that includes a bracket for under $200. The RE 1660 has a super flex joint on it which goes for $180 and does not include the $80 bracket. Its all in what you want it to do? Did you RC trac bar ever limit your flex? If not then IRO would be sufficient but the RE one is pure sexy. ha ha

The pop could be the bushings or the mounts. Sometime the frame mount will come loose or the hole for the TRE my oval for wear. Same goes for the lower mount, the bushing can go bad and the bolt hole can oval. Both are defiantly an upgrade for a worn RC piece.
