hey, apparently i need to remove the aftermarket mount for my trackbar and return it to the stock position, because the aftermarket bit is cracking and therefore unsafe.
so, the online how-tos i have read say i need to jack up the jeep and support it on stands.
since mine is lifted 5", im just unsure if the jack stands are required just for access, or if the axle needs to be non-load bearing when i remove the bolt/mount.

all i did was unbolt it and put a new one on. i didn't use a jack or stands or anything, when u unbolt it it may move a little bit left or right but not enough to do anything, u will need someone inside to turn the steering wheel left or right to get the bolts out and back in. because the track bar holes will not line up without turning the wheel.

added question:
will i run into problems trying to return it to the stock position? (its not an adjustable bar, but im not sure if its the stock one or one that the PO bought with his lift kit)
