track bar
ok so ive done some damage to my jeep. i have a six inch lift and with it came a new adjustable track bar. but i broke it. at the threads. (the upper part of the track bar that connects to the frame) anyway does anybody know if those are replaceable like a ball joint can i just press it out and put in a new one?

Yep, need more info. If the adjustable end is a tie rod type, then you should be able to simply replace the TRE and keep on going. I have broken one on mine and need to replace the second one due to bending it while wheeling. It makes a good argument for upgrading to a heavy duty double sheer style track bar.

go to JY and get a ball joint off a XJ tie rod.. cost you maybe $10..
screw it back on the track bar and it should do it.
my full traction Trackbar balljoint was shot, i had a spare tie rod and it worked just fine.
