was wonderin whts the rear track bar good for???i mean wht does it do ???
wht happens if i take it off or add it on???whts its use??

i do have one ,,,installed on the rear deff,,its bassically connected from one side of the diff to the other,,,just wonderin wht for???

 

thats a swaybar. track bar would connect axel to frame. Either way it can be removed. the sway bar help reduce body roll. Trackbar, only on front of XJ's, centers the axel.

 

if you have a rear tracbar this is the wrong forum for you haha

your thinking of your rear swaybar, it doesnt do much, you can take it out if youd like. leave it in if you tow a boat or some kind of trailer, otherwise, you wont notice much of a difference
