OK. So I thought it was my balljoints, did those, still got a clunk. It makes a clunk sound whenever I hit a bump, so up and down movement of the axle is causing it. My trackbar tie rod moves a slight bit when the steering is wiggled, but does not make a damn sound. Shocks/bushings are tight. Control arms seem to be tight. Swaybar links are new, and did the popping sound with them disconnected too. U joints are tight. Sound seems to come from front driver area. Any ideas?

Have toy checked your engine mounts, caliper or a pad loose?

Have someone rock it up and down and get underneath and listen. Stethoscope might be helpful. Did you do upper and lower ball joints? There shouldnt be any play in your tie rod ends.

Motor mounts seem good, but I'll double check tomorrow. Calipers are firm in place, pads seat on the knuckle like they're supposed to, wouldn't be pads anyways, too audible of a clunk.

Tried rocking it, can't get a sound out of it that way. Uppers and lowers were done.

Might seem silly, but did you leave a wrench, socket, screwdriver in it by accident. I left a piece of pipe. In the area beside the air box once, the noise drove me nuts until I found it.

You mentioned your Trackbars TRE was worn, I'd start off by replacing that. The jolt that thing takes at speed is far greater than what you could ever produce with the Jeep stationary.
