Default Tps voltage readings

What are the voltage readings required on the tps for a 95 Cherokee 4.0 L ? Is there any adjustment ?

No adjustment on the HO 4.0, only on the Renix 4.0

From the FSM:

THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR (TPS) TEST

The throttle position sensor (TPS) can be tested
with a digital voltmeter. The center terminal of the
TPS is the output terminal.
With the ignition key in the ON position, back-
probe the TPS connector. Check the TPS output volt-
age at the center terminal wire of the connector.
Check this at idle (throttle plate closed) and at wide
open throttle (WOT). At idle, TPS output voltage
should must be greater than 200 millivolts. At wide
open throttle, TPS output voltage must be less than
4.8 volts. The output voltage should increase gradu-
ally as the throttle plate is slowly opened from idle to
WOT.

(I've read that an analog multimeter is better for determining this)

Strangely for any renix noobs trading this the readings are almost opposite. There is a different procedure for testing and adjusting. Don't freak out when your tps reads 3.8v with the throttle plate closed.... ok after doing more research it seems I have an odd duck. My 90 only has one connector from the tps. It seems to go to the trans. I am very confused right now so I made my own thread on his. Hopefully someone can share something with me who has the same setup I do.
