I noticed that this tps thing seems to be pretty common as i was searching for why my xj was surging from the startup. so i tested my old one and it read 3.9v so i went to try and get a new one when i got back to my house to plug it in and adjust it it was reading 4.56v and the 1.9v instead of 5 and .8??????? does this just mean the one i bought was faulty or am i just completely electricity-challenged? i would appreciate any help as i paid 60 bucks for the new sensor
