So i have to get a new TPS. I heard it was harder to install then it seems. Someone was telling me that you have to get the right volt output on it and set it correctly. Is this true?

not on your year
you just bolt it on there is no adjustment

the older non HO motors had to adjust

In what years were the non HO motors - I have a 1994 4.0L that I need to replace the TPS on - does it need adjustment after install?

Just the Renix era 87-90 need adjustment.

yep I did mine. but was like 3 years ago so I forgot what I set it at. Can somebody refresh my memory?
